V BUILDING

We achieve a design of simple and contemporary lines, taking full advantage of the characteristics of the terrain. Use of visuals towards the lake area of the city, through the implementation of balconies on the facade.

We believe in building with character and personality that is implanted in the urban landscape. Detail and precision in the lines, facade in soft colors, mixing materials that harmonize with the view of the city of Maracaibo. Use of latticework, to achieve open spaces that allow the passage of light and ventilation, together with natural elements.
